Let's discuss the health benefits in this smoothie and why you should feel fantastic adding this to your daily regimen.
Pineapple- Besides the amazing taste, pineapple is loaded with nutrients. Pineapple is rich in vitamin C and manganese. Vitamin C is essential for immune health, iron absorption, and growth and development, while manganese offers antioxidant properties and aids in growth and metabolism. Pineapple is also loaded with antioxidant properties that may help fight off disease. Antioxidants are molecules that help your body ward off oxidative stress. Pineapple is also said to help aid digestion, boost your immune system and may even reduce your risks of cancer. Did you know that pineapple is also a powerful cough suppressant? Who woulda thought?! Awesome, right?
Banana- Healthy, convenient and the lowest costing fresh fruit option on the market. Banana is said to aid digestion, improve blood sugar levels, aid in weight loss, full of antioxidants, support healthy health, & helps keep you full longer.
Spinach- Almost tasteless in your smoothie with a whole lotta benefits. Spinach is a superfood and for many great reasons. Benefits of spinach include: preventing cancer, reduce blood sugar, aids in bone health, great for your eyes, relaxes the body, has anti-inflammatory properties, helps prevent heart attacks, boosts brain function, boosts immunity and many other benefits.
CBD- Cannabidiol (CBD) is a compound found in marijuana. CBD is not impairing, meaning it does not cause a “high.” Benefits of CBD include anxiety, pain, inflammation, sleep issues, seizures, opioid addiction, ease diabetic complications, protect against neurological disease, and more.
Coconut Milk- lactose free with anti inflammatory, anti microbial, & anti fungal properties. Coconut milk may also help cardiovascular health and reduce stomach ulcers.
CBD Green Pineapple Smoothie
Here's what you need
1 cup non-dairy milk, (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
1 banana (frozen preferred)
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 dropper full of SunKissed Greenz Water Soluble CBD (optional)
Blender
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into blender putting the non-dairy milk in first.
Blend until smooth.

Here are some pro tips...because why not?
Have you ever made a smoothie that just wont blend? It's most likely not your blender. It may be because you are adding your ingredients into the blender in the wrong order. Always add the liquid first , this eliminates air pockets while blending.
If you are looking for a way to incorporate an extra protein boost try adding some raw nuts or seeds before blending. Hemp seed, chia seed, & flax seed all have impressive health benefits of there own so why not supercharge your smoothie?
Lastly, if looking for a less milky smoothie try replacing the coconut milk with coconut water. You can also use soy milk or almond milk in place of coconut milk. And if you are looking to increase your sweetness you can drizzle your smoothie with honey.
