Throughout the day, enjoy complimentary 30-minute wellness workshops led by our experienced practitioners—each designed to support nervous system regulation, mind-body balance, and overall well-being:
Gentle Yoga – mindful movement, breath, and relaxation to calm the nervous system
Sound Bath + Reiki – vibrational sound and energy healing for deep rest and regulation
Ecstatic Dance – an intuitive movement experience to alchemize body, mind, and spirit
