About the event
Sunshine Fitness & Nutrition will be kicking off our morning with some seriously fun cardio drumming to get your blood flowing. We will follow this with a relaxing one hour yoga class with Sam and some CBD samples to take home from SunKissed Greenz CBD.
Please bring a yoga mat. We do have a few extras if you do not have one. This class costs $20 per person and consists of two hours of good healthy fun . Must preregister here to save your spot. We look forward to seeing you!!
