Sound Healing & CBD

Join us for a remarkable and one of a kind sound healing & CBD event. 

Please help us welcome Sam of Space For Balance as she leads the evening and helps calm your body, mind & soul.

Sam will start the class with gentle yoga before the sound bath begins.  Allow yourself to be immersed in the healing frequencies of a personalized selection of singing bowls, chimes, gongs,  and bells brought to serve you.

After class stick around for calming tea with option to infuse with CBD,  an essential oil DIY and fun conversation. Each person will be creating their own essential oil inhaler to take home. These are perfect for winter blues, stress, headaches, sleep and more! 

CBD has been known to help with stress, anxiety, sleep, pain, inflammation, and so much more. And best of all.... it's natural. 

Please bring yoga mats. We do have extras if you do not have one.
