Healing for the Holidays

Please join us for a relaxing evening dedicated to self-love and peace. The holidays are approaching which can sometimes bring on stress. We are so often worrying about our loved ones and families around the holidays that we forget about our health and wellness. This event is all about you & de-stressing your mind and body. The holidays don't have to be a difficult time. 

We will have Yoga with Sam here to host a 45-minute yoga class along with Anointed Hands Physical Therapy with their private massage bus. You read that correctly... Anointed Hands will be providing 10-minute private massages on their beautiful massage bus. While you are awaiting your turn on the massage bus you will be creating an essential oil roll on where you will have the power of essential oils at your fingertips. These roll ons are perfect to toss in a purse , gym bag, or car. Create your own custom scents. 

Space is VERY limited so early registration is recommended.
