Bike Night Never Forget 9/11

A word from the event host: Please Join us for an evening of solace and remembrance on 9-11-2024 from 5-10 PM, as we will be honoring all those who lost their lives on 9-11 at the Plainfield  American Legion Marne Post 13 The remembrance ceremony will start around 5:45 and go to approximately 6:30. The Romeoville MCJRROTC will be doing the honors of honor guard and the Plainfield Fire Department will have a truck at the post for this. 

Please bring family and friend's to attend this special evening as all are welcome! We will also be reading names submitted to us of those that lost their lives that day. If you know anyone who lost their life that day and would like their name read and the bell rang please message their name to the Plainfield American Legion Riders Marne Post 13, you do not have to be present for a name to read as we will also be live on Facebook for the ceremony.  

There will be no fundraising at this Bike Night, however the Plainfield American Legion Riders Marne Post 13 will be selling 9-11 Bike Night T-shirts, and as always vendors are welcome to attend, please contact us so we know you are coming.  Everyone that attends will be given one free raffle ticket for a chance to win a patriotic wreath donated by RJS BAGGER AUDIO.  Thank you to everyone that has supported our Bike Nights this year, we have been truly blessed with weather and comradery from our amazing legion family and the community.
