Looking for a tasty & healthy way to use your SunKissed Greenz CBD Honey? Well look no further. I'm guilty for living a convenience diet sometimes. The food that you just grab and go and carry on with your day. Well usually that means your options may not always be the healthiest. This recipe is perfect for making ahead of time. Once you make your energizing balls you can store them in the fridge for up to a week. Be sure to store in an air tight container for freshness.
This recipe is packed with filling & nutritious ingredients that keep your belly satisfied and your body energized. AND, we are adding our CBD honey for an extra added benefit. CBD honey may help ease anxiety, inflammation, pain, depression and much more. So let's get to making this powerhouse of a snack, shall we?
Ingredients Serving Size 20
1 cup old-fashioned oats
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup ground flax seed
½ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup SunKissed Greenz CBD honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds (Optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 1 Combine oats, peanut butter, ground flax seed, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator 30 minutes. Chilling in the fridge makes it easier to form into balls.
PRO TIP: Get creative with your balls! Don't stop at just chocolate chips. I've made mine with dark chocolate, dried cranberries, dried cherries, white chocolate, coconut, and/or butterscotch chips. You can also substitute your peanut butter with Nutella or almond butter.
Step 2 Remove dough from refrigerator; roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Step 3 Enjoy!!!! Store in fridge for up to one week.
